About
Mujeeb Kazi, a dynamic leader and influential voice within the American Muslim community, currently serves as President of the North Texas Muslim Organizations and co-chair of the ISNA Convention Texas 2024. His journey from a struggling immigrant student in 1996 to a successful entrepreneur and civic leader embodies the spirit of perseverance and community empowerment. Driven by the need to represent his faith authentically post-9/11, Kazi engaged in interfaith dialogue, civic participation, and grassroots organizing, eventually leading to his election as president of an umbrella body representing over 110 Muslim institutions in North Texas. Under his leadership, the historic ISNA Convention in Dallas broke attendance records and showcased the strength, diversity, and civic commitment of American Muslims. A staunch advocate for youth leadership, political engagement, and entrepreneurship, Kazi continues to push for a more unified, visible, and self-reliant Muslim community deeply involved in shaping America’s future.
